REQUESTING THE ATTENDANCE OF: ELECTED OFFICIALS OF CATA, MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS/CLUBS, INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS AND ACTIVE PAST PRESIDENTS
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING of Charleston Area Tennis Association (CATA) is Tuesday October 25, 2016, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at Charleston Tennis Club, 1600 Tennis Club Road, Charleston, West Virginia. (Refreshments will be served.)
Elections will be held as well as updates provided for CATA’s latest activities/ programs planned for 2017. Awards will be presented for “Volunteer of the Year”, “Facility of the Year” and “Administrator of the Year”. The Adult League Coordinator for 2017 will also be introduced.
All United States Tennis Association Member Organizations/Clubs and Individual Members are welcome!
(After the Annual Meeting, the Executive Committee shall briefly meet for the purpose of appointing standing committees and to conduct other business. After the Executive Committee session, the Management Committee shall briefly meet for the purpose of conducting the general business of the CATA.)
